Grand Oaks Pavilion
Glass-enclosed on two sides, this enchanting pavilion overlooks a natural verdant forest setting. Enjoy a pre-function area with a fireplace and an extraordinarily beautiful outdoor garden terrace. This magical “natural wonder” setting accommodates up to 300 guests for an unforgettable meeting or 200 guests for a stylish sit-down banquet.
The Q-Room
This 1,000-square-foot venue has been newly restyled in a contemporary design. Featuring a soaring 12-foot ceiling and a private patio, the Q Room accommodates as many as 70 guests in a banquet setting. Select this versatile banquet room for small to mid-sized events.

The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus offers five breakout rooms for your consideration. Enjoy multiple windows that flood the rooms with natural light, eight-foot ceilings and gorgeous views of the surrounding forest or garden terrace. These meeting venues are exceptional for team-building exercises or corporate meetings. All of our breakout rooms include coat rooms for your convenience.
Hamburger University* / McDonald’s Training Center
A bi-level, state-of-the-art conference center, Hamburger University easily accommodates from six to 300 guests. Take advantage of four beverage islands offering continuous refreshment for meeting attendees at only $6.50 per person. Full-service catering is available in this contemporary, sophisticated venue. Altogether, McDonald’s Training Center offers 33,210 square feet of meeting space, including a 299-seat tiered auditorium.
