For versatile and casual dining, visit Water's Edge cafe & marketplace concept for breakfast and lunch. Piazza restaurant is the ideal setting for premier Italian cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere.  And Hearth Lounge provides superb cocktails with gorgeous views of our private lake.

Piazza

Overlooking a lake surrounded by pristine landscaping, Piazza is an oasis within the Hyatt Lodge. Piazza features contemporary Italian cuisine for both lunch and dinner. Lunch service is geared for quick, but comfortable business lunches or for special occasions. Popular items include hot pressed panini sandwiches, pastas, and daily specials.

Dinner patrons enjoy selecting wines stored in Piazza's wine tower that serves as the focal point for the restaurant. Medeterranean influences are featured in Piazza's dinner menus, most apparently in the sauces paired with appetizers and entrees. Greek and Moroccan touches work well with the contemporary Italian focus of the menu. The menu rotates with the seasons, including an Italian dessert menu.
