Locations


The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus offers 47,000 square feet of elegant indoor and outdoor wedding locations for your consideration. Our suburban Chicago wedding sites offer floor-to-ceiling windows for panoramic views and lavish, contemporary interiors. Discover our unrivaled setting amidst 88 acres of nature preserve, verdant forest and resplendent lake. Lake-side outdoor ceremonies are very popular.


To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our wedding locations and banquet facilities offer individual controls for climate, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audio-visual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.

Prairie Ballroom
Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of a tranquil private lake, this ballroom offers 5,100 square feet of elegant contemporary interior space. A soaring 14-foot ceiling is adorned with chandeliers to light your festivities, while a large pre-function area offers a cozy fireplace and gorgeous views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy a separate AV booth to run a specially prepared video of your courtship and proposal. Entertain up to 500 guests for a reception in this gorgeous, recently restyled venue.


Grand Oaks Pavilion
A truly fairy tale setting, this enchanting pavilion is glass-enclosed on two sides, and overlooks a natural verdant forest. Imagine cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the pre-function area with a cozy fireplace and an extraordinarily beautiful outdoor garden terrace. This magical "natural wonder" setting accommodates up to 300 guests for a reception or 200 guests for a formal sit-down banquet.


The Q-Room
Set the tone for your once-in-a-lifetime celebration with panoramic views of our private lake from a wall of windows. This 1,000 square foot venue has been recently restyled in a contemporary design and features a dramatic, inset 12 foot ceiling. The Q Room accommodates as many as 70 guests in a banquet setting and 100 guests for a cocktails and buffet reception.
