Onsite Catering

Whether your tastes lean toward clean, uncomplicated fare or indulgent, cosmopolitan cuisine, we can assist you in creating a menu to reflect your style and preferences. We can also provide your guests with a selection of luscious entrees to choose from through our Personal Preference Dining® program.

  • Pre-wedding breakfast, from continental buffets to omelet stations and plated meals
  • A 'pick-me-up' break, offering everything from ice cream and chocolate fondue to Frappucino®, sliced fruit and health bars

Personal Preference Dining
Take advantage of our new and exciting Personal Preference Dining. This unique dining choice lets your guests select their own entrée at your function. Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste. As the meeting planner, you select the appetizers and salad, while our chef will choose a trio of desserts beautifully presented for each guest. Ask your Convention Service Manager for more details, complete menus and information on how you can customize the menu for your next event.
